Oak Alley will remain closed until we complete the process of cleanup from Hurricane Ida . The plantaton grounds has extensive vegetative debris from the storm but the buildings and alley are secure. We appreciate your messages of support during this difficult time for the entire SE Louisiana region. We will update our website when we have more information on re-opening.

Our phone system is also currently down so please email us at ContactUs@OakAlleyPlantation.org for information or questions on advanced reservations.

The online ticket portal is temporarily closed until we can determine when we will be able to re-open.

Oak Alley Foundation's Research and Collections department is dedicated to understanding the site’s history, preserving objects from that history and sharing both with the public. As our Foundation mission states, we exist, “for the instruction, education, enlightenment, information, edification and cultural benefit of the citizens of the State of Louisiana, the United States and the public generally.” The Department oversees archaeological efforts, research and care of the Collections.

Questions and comments may be directed to Laura Kilcer, Curator for Oak Alley Foundation.
