Summary of transaction: 
Louise Josephine Roman transfers to her brother Henri Jacques Roman her portion of inheritance that she received upon her father's death. These successive rights include ownership of a sugar property in St. James Parish, the house located at the property, all out buildings, sugar mill, slave cabins, and enslaved people located on the property (108). The rights also include property and enslaved people (18 people) located in New Orleans.
