Celina Pilie Roman, Louise Josephine Roman, and Marie Octavie Roman Buchanan granted Henry Jacques Roman a full release from the mortgage they granted him on two slaves: Julien (age 30) and Leandre (age 74). In order to fulfill his obligations to the lending parties, he mortgaged to them two slaves: Raphael (age 18) and Rosette (age 14). ��
