Transaction is a sale from Marie Octavie Roman Buchanan to her brother, Henri Jacques Roman. Henri, owner of fourteen nineteenths of his father's, Jacques Thélesphore Roman, estate is purchasing the remaining five nineteenths from his sister. This makes Henri the sole owner of the entire estate of Jacques Thélesphore Roman and it consists of property, buildings, enslaved people, and all moveables. The final sale price is 121,000 piasters. This sale occurs during a public auction and is the final settlement of Jacques Thélesphore Roman's Succession.
