Summary of transaction: 
Resulting from the court order given on May 28, 1860, in the suit of H.J. Roman vs. M.O. Roman Buchanan, stating that the partition of the property described in the inventory on file must be sold at public auction. Henry Jacques Roman and Marie Octavie Roman sold the enslaved boy, Ursin (aged 10), to Ignacious Sziminski for the price of $1,225.
